The Pojoaque Valley extends north between Santa Fe and Espanola along
north HWY 285. The area is a mix of Native and Non-Native land. In addition
to the various pueblos are the communities of Cuyamungue, La Puebla and
Nambe. The intersection of HWY 285 and County Road 502 is a cross-roads of
people traveling between Los Alamos, Santa Fe, Espanola, Taos, Chimayo and
other various northern communities. East CR 503 runs through Nambe and
intersects with CR 76, which is known as the "High Road to Taos".
