Bordered by Southern on the north and 20th Ave. on the south, this section
of Rio Rancho is approached via a drive up the hill on Rio Rancho Blvd. from
the intersection of Alameda and Corrales. Intel sits at the top of the hill
and Cottonwood Mall sits at the bottom. The Cabezon Communities are
located here.
