This area of Rio Rancho is bordered by Paseo del Volcan on the south, HWY
550 on the north, Unser Blvd. on the west, and Rio Rancho Blvd. on the east.
It holds a large concentration of newer homes in Rio Rancho including the
Enchanted Hills neighborhood.
Also found here is the civic center of Rio Rancho where the recently-built
are located:

Star Center, the
Hewlett-Packard Customer Service and Technical Support Center and the
V. Sue Cleveland High School.
